For many, this is a stressful time of uncertainty and primal fears are either creeping in or sometimes rushing over like a Tsunami. Do your best to stay kind to one another. Offer compassion when someone is “off,” or if you are feeling overwhelmed with whatever this virus is bringing up for you personally, be compassionate with yourself.

To the degree that you are able, get curious if there is healing or medicine available to you inside the intense emotion. Ask for the teaching and the lesson — you are asking Whoever or Whatever you personally honour as divine wisdom. Curiosity is a great elixir to fear. Exploring what is happening for you personally will help with your mental and emotional health and that will help keep your immunity robust.

As we are reading over and over: practice love, gratitude, kindness, compassion, patience, art, poetry, singing, music, gardening, simplicity, ease, openness, and surrender.

Practice self-care at home and with your loved ones. If you are struggling and needing professional support, please connect with me at stacey@drstaceyshelby.com or learn more at www.drstaceyshelby.com. I am offering video therapy through a secure, encrypted wifi connection (Zoom), as well as phone and email. Video therapy can feel strange initially; if you are unsure, but need support, consider requesting a 10 min. consultation to try it… most people adapt quickly. If you are also experiencing financial hardship, ask me about a sliding scale fee.

Stay well!

My blessings are with you,
Stacey
